Salad: Keep salad greens in refrigerator until ready to serve. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Combine cooked pasta with tomatoes, and goat cheese in large bowl; mix gently.
Dressing: Combine vinegar, onion, oil, parsley, mustard, salt and pepper; mix well. Add dressing to pasta mixture and toss well.
Serve over bed of salad greens.
